When talent marketing leaders get together, certain tools keep coming up—some in glowing terms, others with a healthy dose of debate. We analyzed hundreds of discussions from the Talent Marketing Board to see which platforms are mentioned most often, how our members feel about them, and what they’re saying.

The most talked-about tools this year and sentiment

Below are the top 15 most-mentioned tools ranked by how often they appeared in conversation, paired with a sentiment score from 1 (painful experience) to 10 (absolutely love it). As you can see, most were on the positive side.

This reflects a nuanced, balanced landscape of diverse tools that talent leaders are relying on for employer brand and recruitment marketing.
