Pete Buer is Chief Content Officer at Assemble, where he leads the development of the company’s peer intelligence content to deepen value for members, delegates, and sponsors while strengthening Assemble’s brand and go-to-market impact. He brings more than three decades of experience as a senior executive shaping strategy, systematizing operations, and scaling culture in fast-growth organizations. Pete has held senior leadership roles across companies including CEB/Gartner, 3Pillar Global, Brightfield, and Knownwell, and has extensive experience building businesses, developing high-performing teams, and advising senior executives and boards. He is passionate about helping leaders navigate complex decisions and build meaningful human connections in an increasingly digital business environment. Outside of work, Pete enjoys the “6 Fs”: family, friends, fidos, fishing, fast cars, and football (Go Steelers!).
