As Vice President of Strategic Operations & Technology, Katrina focuses on building systems that allow our teams to execute efficiently and effectively. Coming from the world of tech, she has led many teams through a multitude of operational problems. Katrina embodies “the how is just as important as the why” as she finds joy in solving complex problems at work. At home, her two little girls take up big space in her life, and any other free time is spent cooking, running, hosting friends and family, watching movies, and talking about reading the book that’s been sitting on her nightstand for a year.
In her strategic role, Katrina often works with our CEO, Aaron Kissel, our VP of Comms, Cale Johnson, our CRO, Chris Sarro, and Managing Director, Ted Stefanidis.
