Courtney Naum Scuro is Executive Director of the ESG & CSR Board at Assemble, where she supports purpose-driven leaders through the power of community as they navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly shifting global landscape. Her work at Assemble builds on a career dedicated to driving meaningful impact across the higher education and nonprofit sectors. In addition to her leadership work, Courtney holds a PhD and maintains an active research and publication agenda exploring experiences of time in Shakespeare and in contemporary life. She believes strongly in leading in ways that make leaders worthy of being followed. She lives outside Columbus, Ohio, where she enjoys the serendipitous adventures of life with her two young children, her husband, and a pet tortoise named Clover.
