Andi Del Collins is Executive Director of New Community Launches at Assemble, where she leads the end-to-end creation of new peer intelligence communities. Andi is particularly proud of turning a blank slate into trusted, high-value networks that leaders rely on, built with intention, rigor, and strong member relationships. She thrives in the “zero to one” stage of building new initiatives and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally while continually expanding her expertise across emerging topics and industries. Away from work, Andi enjoys exploring Baltimore with her husband, spending time with her two cats, and cheering on the Ravens.
