As CRO, Chris is responsible for all customer relationships and revenue. By aligning sales, marketing, and customer functions, he ensures our strategies foster sustainable growth and mutual success. Over the last two decades, Chris has led multiple organizations to more than double their revenue while improving efficiency, customer retention, and long-term value and is looking forward to doing the same at Assemble. Chris pours himself into family as much as he does work — his wife, three daughters, and extended family mean the world to him. For Chris, who you spend time with is as important as what you do.
Ted co-founded and scaled Executive Platforms into a leading organizer of B2B summits for senior executives. As Managing Director, he focuses on the current portfolio of Leadership Summits. Ted is proud of the team he’s put together along the way, which is no surprise why his favorite part of working here is the people. Ted is energized by getting to collaborate with smart, driven colleagues who challenge each other to grow — and have fun doing it. When he’s not assembling great people to do great things, he’s hanging out with friends and family.
John leads the Commercial Partner Division, where he oversees sponsorship sales and commercial strategy for industry-leading conferences. He focuses on creating valuable opportunities for brands to connect with key decision-makers, ensuring our events deliver meaningful ROI for our partners. Co-founding Executive Platforms with a group of incredibly talented people has been the highlight of John’s career — and he loves every day he gets to work alongside his dedicated and hardworking team. When he's not in the office, John and his family are passionate about traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and discovering amazing cuisine.
Jyotika is part of the original handful that launched Executive Platforms out of a tiny one-room office over 10 years ago, and having worked in the global events industry for six years prior to that, she is now the center of all the planning, logistics, operational processes, and customer experiences for our vast event portfolio. For Jyotika, it’s the people that keep her invigorated every day at work — both her passionate colleagues and supportive clients. As a mom of two very little ones, she doesn’t have a ton of personal time but loves to read and swim. Traveling and learning about new cultures are her true passions.
As SVP of Commercial Partnerships, Sukh oversees Executive Platforms' sponsor sales. Throughout his career, he’s focused on building meaningful relationships with clients by delivering measurable results and successful event experiences. Sukh takes pride in fostering trust, ensuring every engagement exceeds expectations, and creating value that extends beyond a single event. The strong sense of teamwork and shared vision at Assemble drives his success and keeps him motivated every day. When he’s not selling sponsorships, Sukh is a big fan of his family (first) and Toronto sport teams (second) including the Raptors, Leafs, and Blue Jays.
Ryan leads the Board.org membership team as Vice President of Membership, where he focuses on community health, retention, and new community development. During his 14+ years here, he’s seen it all as he’s been in every commercial role within the company. His favorite part of the job after all these years? The incredible team where everyone is supportive, collaborative, and always ready to help each other grow and succeed together. Outside of work, Ryan is a proud girl dad, husband, avid traveler, Chicago and Texas Longhorns sports fan, and lover of the outdoors.
As Vice President of Communications, Cale oversees messaging, content, and strategy to help engage and support Assemble's enterprise leaders. He has seen it all — from co-founding Board.org to leading and supporting initiatives that span across our live events, online platforms, and back-office, Cale is grateful to have been a part of so much good, hard work that is making an impact. He’s also proud of the team he’s helped build — several of whom have built incredible careers spanning more than a decade with us. Community and adventure are Cale’s passions, and on the weekends you’ll usually find him biking, skiing, bouldering, camping, or BBQing with his family and neighbors.
As Senior Vice President of Production, Nick has played a central role in the development and growth of both the Delegate Sales and Production functions. Throughout his 10+ years at the company, Nick has built and nurtured strong, long-lasting relationships with high-profile speakers, which have been instrumental in elevating the quality and impact of Executive Platform's events. His ability to connect with influential thought leaders has allowed our team to offer exceptional experiences that resonate with audiences and continue to set the standard for excellence in the industry. Nick’s leadership, commitment, and vision have not only driven the success of key initiatives but have also played a critical role in the continued growth and reputation of the company.
As Vice President of Strategic Operations & Technology, Katrina focuses on building systems that allow our teams to execute efficiently and effectively. Coming from the world of tech, she has led many teams through a multitude of operational problems. Katrina embodies "the how is just as important as the why" as she finds joy in solving complex problems at work. At home, her two little girls take up big space in her life, and any other free time is spent cooking, running, hosting friends and family, watching movies, and talking about reading the book that's been sitting on her nightstand for a year.
With over 15 years of HR experience and multiple certifications, Heather is responsible for building a high-performing, people-first culture where talent thrives. With a focus on Assemble's talent and culture, she leads initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier team members while fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth. As an HR leader, Heather is excited to be part of a company experiencing such dynamic growth while creating amazing opportunities for its employees. When she’s not empowering people at work, she’s busy making memories with her two young daughters, her sisters, and her parents.
Brian has been working in event development and sales for over 13 years, and as the second employee ever at Executive Platforms, he’s helped construct our portfolio of core events and products. In his current role as Vice President of Project Development, Brian enjoys creating relationships and building communities of senior leaders to share, network, and learn from one another. He also loves sports — specifically golf, the Philadelphia Eagles, and Toronto Raptors, Leafs, and Blue Jays — and has an amazing wife and a quirky German Sheppard who keeps him on his toes at home.
Jon leads the delegate sales department as Vice President of Project Development, where he focuses on creating, growing, and retaining delegate revenue in addition to cultivating his own team’s culture and education. During the formation of Assemble, Jon played a lead role integrating Executive Platforms and Board.org’s sales processes, where the best professional advice he’s ever received came in handy: Fail fast, try again, and adapt. His favorite part of working here is the feeling of building something meaningful with others on the same path, and outside of work, he values time with his family.
As Vice President of Finance, Greg is responsible for steering the financial direction of the organization and supporting its strategic objectives. His mindset is that finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about making data-driven decisions that support business strategy. Prior to this, Greg helped lead DRMG from a $15M in revenue company to $75M in revenue in just over three years. When he’s not analyzing trends or interpreting financial statements, Greg is focused on his faith and his family.
As Head of Production, Helen is focused on creating and delivering impactful, engaging events. With more than 19 years of experience in the conference and event industry, Helen brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. She oversees the content strategy, research, and speaker recruitment of a wide range of events across North America and Europe. Helen’s favorite part of working at Assemble is being a part of an organization that fosters growth and values everyone’s input. At home, she’s making the most of every moment with her three kids — whether it's playing games, going on little adventures, or just enjoying each other's company.
As Executive Director of the ESG & CSR Board, the DEI Board, the Enterprise Data Strategy Board, and the Data Privacy Board, Lindsay oversees the communities’ operations, renewals, membership health, conversation quality, and event strategy. In her previous career in agency public relations, she worked for years to help Austin, TX, secure its first major league sports team, Austin FC. Lindsay’s favorite part about working at Assemble is her fabulous coworkers and amazing members. The best professional advice she has ever received? Never undervalue what you're worth. When she’s not working, Lindsay identifies as a proud mom of two soccer-loving boys and wife of a firefighter.
As Executive Director of SocialMedia.org, SocialMedia.org Health, the Talent Marketing Board, the Employee Experience Board, and the Supply Chain Board, Lauren strategizes across departments to support community growth objectives and build opportunities to deepen member participation. Before joining our team, she spent over a decade of her career at the intersection of creativity and community — from building a museum’s membership program to directing the membership department at a national design association. Lauren enjoys that this work is so human-centered, and that we're all working towards the same goal of helping people be better at their jobs. Outside of work, she keeps busy cooking, crocheting, traveling, riding her bike, recapping horrible reality TV shows with friends, and the occasional yoga practice.
Emily is focused on growing brand awareness, engaging our audiences, and driving event success as the Senior Director of Marketing. Some of her favorite moments here have been leading an Executive Platforms rebrand and enhancing on-site visuals, building out the marketing department, and developing processes to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams. Emily loves the freedom to try new things at Assemble and be creative in how we approach marketing and branding. Outside of work, she spins religiously and loves spending time with her cats, family, and friends.
As Sales Manager, Jackie is focused on new member acquisition through coaching and leading the Board.org Account Executive team. Jackie has been part of our growth from three communities to 10 — all while helping double the AE team in size and creating new processes to help us win. There’s a reason she’s been with the company for over seven years: Jackie enjoys working with her smart, kind, and hardworking coworkers, selling a product she believes in, and having the ability to make a meaningful impact. Jackie’s personal life is consumed by her two daughters, husband, and Golden Retriever, and in her spare time, she loves to read, be outdoors, and spend time with friends.
Jake is responsible for leading and building the SDR team to drive pipeline growth as Sales Development Manager. In his previous role, he was recognized by global leadership for exceptional performance and entrusted to deliver enablement sessions, driving measurable improvements in sales effectiveness across multiple teams in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. At Assemble, Jake is grateful for the opportunity to make an impact — his team is laser-focused on providing the best possible experience for our members.
